REVISIONS ACCORDING TO REFEREE 1:
1-The non-tumor adrenocortical gland was not atrophic. I-adosterol scintigraphy was not
taken.
The
immunohistochemical
identification
of
steroidgenic
enzyme
such
as
3b-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in the tumor was not possible, because the staining kit does
not exist in our hospital.
2-Immunostaining for synaptophysin, inhibin and pancytoceratin is attached. Figure legends
are described in detail.
3-In this case the replacement therapy for adrenal failure was necessary after adrenalectomy.
This case has been received steroids. His blood pressure normalized after surgery. This
points are added to the manuscript.
4-Ref. #2 is added.
5-Cushing syndrome is changed to Cushing’s syndrome through the manuscript

2-The pictures of the cushingoid features of the patient are included.
