• Since dosing amounts are determined fully automatically, the
desired amounts are dosed very precisely and thus ensures
saving up to 10 % to 25 % in consumption of chemicals.
• The system monitors and controls dosing automatically in an
efficient manner throughout all the dyeing process.
• Dyestuff and auxiliary chemicals are mixed homogenously in
the mixer and supplied to dye foulard.
• The amount of chemical are automatically dosed in a rate of
ml/liter according to the recipe rate or according to the
proportion of 1/4.
• The system is PLC controlled with operator panel.
• Different recipes may be created optionally according to the
process and recorded.
• Data exchange may be provided through central computer
system as an option.
• As an option, chemical and dye data dosed may be reported
on recipe basis.
• As an option dye and chemical consumptions may be
measured per process and recorded accordingly.
• Dozaj miktarları tümüyle otomatik olarak gerçekleştiğinden,
istenilen miktarlar çok hassas bir şekilde dozajlanmakta bu
sebeple kimyasal tüketimlerinde %10 ila %25'lere varan
tasarruflar sağlamaktadır.
• Sistem etkili biçimde, bütün boyama işlemi boyunca
dozajlamayı otomatik olarak kontrol etmekte ve izlemektedir.
• Boya maddesi ve yardımcı kimyasallar karıştırıcı içinde homojen olarak karıştırılır ve boya fularına beslenir.
• Kimyasal miktarı 1/4 oranına göre yada reçete oranına göre
ml/litre olarak otomatik olarak dozajlanır.
• Sistem operatör panelli PLC kontrollüdür.
• Opsiyonel olarak prosese göre farklı reçeteler oluşturularak
kayıt altına alınabilir.
• Opsiyonel olarak merkezi bilgisayar sistemi ile veri alışverişi
sağlanabilir.
• Opsiyonel olarak dozajlanan kimyasal ve boya bilgileri reçete
bazında raporlanabilir.
• Opsiyonel olarak boya ve kimyasal sarfiyatların proses başına
ölçülerek kayıt edilmesi yapılabilir.

Pad-batch Multidose Dosing System is a system
designed in order to send chemicals requested during
a dyeing process by measuring in accurate quantities
without any initiative of the operator, eliminating any
errors due to operator’s initiative and aiming to ensure
standardization in processes.
Pad-batch Multidos Dozajlama Sistemi; bir boya
prosesi süresince istenilen kimyasalları,operatörün
insiyatifi olmadan doğru miktarda ölçerek göndermek
için tasarlanmış, operatör insiyatifinden
kaynaklanacak hataları tamamen ortadan kaldırma ve
proseslerde standartizasyon sağlama amaçlı sistemdir.
The system has generally consisted of 4 groups;

• Flow meter groups and installations (ball valve,
on-off automatic valve, check valve and flow sensors)

ADVANTAGES OF MULTIDOSE SYSTEM
MULTIDOS SİSTEMİ AVANTAJLARI
• Multidose chemical dosing systems measure requested
chemicals automatically through electromagnetic flow meters
and perform dosing to the foulard repertory.
• Equipment used in the system have been designed
compatible with all the chemicals used in textile dyeing. In
case of using chemicals with special content, structure and
corrosive-abrasive effect of the chemical are being examined
and equipment compatible with these chemicals are used in
points required in the system
• Multidos kimyasal dozajlama sistemleri,istenilen kimyasalı
otomatik olarak elektromanyetik flowmetreler aracılığı ile
ölçerek fular haznesine dozajlama yapar.
• Sistemde kullanılan ekipmanlar tekstil boyahanelerinde
kullanılan bütün kimyasallarla uyumlu olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Özel içerikli kimyasal kullanılması durumunda, kimyasalın
yapısı ve korozif-abrasif etkisi incelenmekte,sistemde gerekli
bulunan noktalarda bu kimyasallara uyumlu ekipmanlar
kullanılmaktadır.

• The entire system is controlled through a single control unit.
It is easy to use due to its touch screen. Dosing settings may
be changed on the screen.
• Thanks to sensors placed on the chemical and dye tanks the
system warns before the level in tank is finished regarding
the low level.
• With the flow control on the chemical line, the chemical flow
is continuously monitored during operations. When an error
occurs in the chemical flow, A warning is displayed in order to
ensure not to damage the pump.
• When an error occurs in the chemical and paint dosing, as
the system is monitored through electromagnetic flow meters
continuously a dosing error alarm is created.
• Access to specific parameters and menus are protected
with passwords and monitors allowed to access by users
are limited.
• Tüm sistem tek bir kontrol ünitesinden kontrol
edilmektedir. Dokunmatik ekran sayesinde kullanımı kolaydır.
Dozajlama ayarları ekrandan değiştirilebilir.
• Kimyasal ve boya tanklarına koyulan sensörler sayesinde
sistem tanklardaki seviye bitmeden önce
azaldığına dair uyarı verir.
• Kimyasal hattı üzerindeki akış kontrol sensörü sayesinde
çalışma esnasında kimyasal akışı sürekli izlenir.Kimyasal
akışında bir problem olduğunda pompanın zarar görmemesi
için ekrana akış uyarısı gelir.
• Kimyasal ve boya dozajında hata oluştuğunda
elektromanyetik flowmetreler ile sistem sürekli izlendiğinden
dozajlama hatası alarmı oluşur.
• Özel parametrelere ve menülere girişler, şifrelerle koruma
altına alınmış ve kullanıcıların ulaşabilecekleri ekranlar
sınırlandırılmıştır.
