Azertohum MMC, Azerbaycan’ın gıda güvenliği yönünde çizdiği ve
uygulamakta olduğu stratejilere uygun olarak çiftçilere kaliteli ve yüksek
verimli tohum temin etmek, AR-GE yoluyla yeni tohum çeşitleri geliştirmek
ve satışı yapılan tohumlara teknik destek sağlamak amacıyla 2009 yılında
kurulmuştur. Şirket, bu amacının yanında seçilmiş türlerde kendi teknolojisini
geliştirmeyi ve bu ürünlerle dünya pazarına açılmayı da amaçlamaktadır.
Azertohum MMC was founded in 2009 with the aim of providing farmers
high-quality, high-yield seeds, developing new seed varieties through R&D,
and offering technical support for seeds sold, in accordance with the food
safety strategies developed and implemented by Azerbaijan. The firm also
aims to develop its own technology in selected seeds and to enter the
world market with these products.

ünümüzde dünya nüfusunun hızla artması, sınırlı tarım alanlarının
daha verimli kullanılmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Tar›mda, diğer üretim koşullarıyla birlikte verimliliği artırmanın en önemli koşullarından
biri de, yüksek nitelikli ve hastalıksız tohum kullanılmasıdır. Azerbaycan’ın
bilimsel ve teknik anlamda uluslararası standartlara sahip ilk ve tek tohum
üretim ve dağıtım müessesesi olan Azertohum, öncelikle ülkedeki tarım sektörünün gelişmesi için ihtiyaç duyulan sertifikalı standart ve hibrit tohumların üretilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Tarım sektörüne ve toplumun gıda güvenliğine yönelik dünya standartlarında kalıcı çözümler sunan Azertohum’un
uzun vadeli hedefi ise, sürdürülebilir büyüme ve rekabet anlayışı içinde,
lider olduğu ürünlerde dünya pazarlarına açılmaktır.

15.000 tonluk satış hedefinin 5 yıl içinde 60.000
tona yükseltilmesi planlanmaktadır. Bunun yanı
sıra hibrit (F1) çeşitlerine yönelik tohum üretim,
işleme ve satış faaliyetlerinde de benzer bir büyüme hızının sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.
Azertohum fabrikası Azerbaycan’ın orta kesimindeki Yevlah (Yevlax) şehrinde, Bakü-Gence
karayolu üzerinde, 70.000 m2 alan üzerine kuruludur. Toplam 7.968 m2 kapalı alana sahip olan
tesis, yıllık 86.400 ton tohum üretim ve işleme
kapasitesiyle faaliyete geçmiştir. Tesis içinde
kuru ve yaş mamul tahıl siloları, 36 ton kapasiteli kurutma kulesi, 10 ton/saat kapasiteli paketleme tesisi, mamul stok ambarları, kantar,
kademe ve yönetim binaları bulunmaktadır.
Ülkedeki önemli tarım merkezlerine eşit mesafede bulunan tesis, aynı zamanda tohumculukla
ilgili üretim dışı faaliyetler için de lojistik bir merkez olarak konumlandırılmıştır.

Azertohum began seed production and supply
during the first half of 2010, concentrating primarily on

as well as arable crops and vegetables.
Azertohum plans to increase its sales target of
15,000 tons of grain seeds for the first year to
60,000 tons within the next five years. A similar
growth rate is planned in seed production, processing and sales for hybrid (F1) varieties.
The Azertohum plant is situated on 70,000 m2
of land in Yevlakh (Yevlax), a city in central
Azerbaijan, by the Baku-Gence highway. The
plant has an indoor area of 7,968 m2, and a capacity of producing and processing 86,400 tons
of seeds per year. The plant also includes dry
and wet grain silos, a drying tower with a capacity of 36 tons, a packaging unit with a capacity
of 10 tons/hour, product storage depots, weighbridge, warehouse and administration buildings.
Equidistant from the major agricultural centers of
the country, the plant is also situated as a logistical center for other seed related operations in
addition to production.

TASARIMIYLA DA ÖZGÜN
Pek çok ilki içinde barındıran Azertohum, özgün mimari
tasarımıyla da dikkat çekicidir. Adeta tek bir makinenin
birbirine entegre parçaları gibi tasarlanan yapının vaziyet planı, fabrikadaki üretim akış şemasının kurgusu
doğrultusunda oluşturulmuştur. Fabrika genel anlamda
tohum kabulü ve laboratuvar, işleme, paketleme, depolama ve kademe alanları olmak üzere beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Her bölüm, birbirini tasarım olarak da tamamlayacak şekilde projelendirilmiştir.
Bringing together many firsts, Azertohum is also noteworthy for its unique architectural design. The layout
plan of the building is designed like the integrated parts
of a single machine, following the structure of the production flow chart of the plant. In general terms, the
plant is made up of five main sections: Seed acceptance and laboratory, processing, packaging, storage
and warehouse. The design of each section has also
been drafted to complement each other.
