Zet Redüktör uzun yýllarýn tecrübeleri ile üretimini genel maksatlara uygun biçimde geliþtirip iki ve üç kademeli helisel diþlili redüktörler olarak standart hale getirmiþtir. Standart tip iki kademeli Z.F.T. tipi Redüktörler ile üç kademeli 3KU3KF-3KT tipi Redüktörleri 0.34 HP güçden 40 HP güce kadar -5 d/ddan 400 d/dya kadar seri olarak üretmektedir. With its rich experience ZET Reducer has developed its production according to common needs by standardizing its reducers as double and triple reduction helical gearings. ZET Reducer is producing standart type double reduction 3KU-3KF-3KT type Reducers from 0.34 HP up to 40 HP from 5 R.P.M. up to 400 R.P.M. Our firm has alsostandardized worm gear reducers ad single and double reduction models and is mass producing these regularly. The Z.F.T. and S. type reducers are either produced without motor or they are suitable to flange mounted connection. Except our regular production the following reducers are also in our manufacturing program. Heavy series single, double, triple and quadruple reduction reducers with high speed shaft and output shaft in the same line. Seri imalatýmýz dýþýnda aðýr seri bir, iki, üç ve dört kademeli giriþ ve çýkýþ milleri birbirine paralel olan ayrýca giriþ mili çýkýþ miline 90°dik ve çýkýþ mili yatay düzleme paralel veya çýkýþ mili yatay düzleme dik konumda olan Redüktörleri de üretim programýna almýþtýr. Aðýr seri bu Redüktörler maliyetleri yüksek olduðundan ancak sipariþ üzerine imal edilmektedir. Ayrýca müþterilerimizin özel istekleri ve deðiþik konstrüksiyonlu Redüktörler adete bakýlmaksýzýn proje çalýþmasý yapýlarak imal edilmektedir. ZET Redüktörleri müþterilerine anýnda hizmet etmeyi prensip edinmiþ bu maksatla Z.F.T. ve S. tipi Redüktörlerin en çok kullanýlan modellerin deðiþik güç ve devir sayýlarýnda olmak üzere 1500 adetlik bir stok planlamasý ile üretimini sürdürmektedir. Tek kademede oldukça yüksek indirme oranlarý uygulanabildiðinden az yer kaplarlar ve sessiz çalýþýrlar. Diþliler hareketi sürtünme yolu ile ilettiðinden bir miktar ýsý doðururlar. Bu ýsýyý asgari seviyelerde tutmak için bazý modellerde gövdeler üzerine soðutma kanatçýklarý ilave edilmiþtir. WORMGEAR REDUCERS These reducers have their high speed shaft perpendicular to output shaft, and their axis of high speed and output shaft dont intersect each other.Since these reducers achive high reduction ratio in one stage they occupy less space and operate quietly. Heat is generated because the momentum is transported through friction. Inorder to keep the temperature at minimum, fins are mounted on the housings. MATERIALS: The housing are made of grey perlictic cast iron. Worm gears are made from Ç.1060 steel. MALZEME: Gövdeleri gri pik döküm malzemedir. Sonsuz vida Ç.1060 diþli malzemesidir. Sonsuz vida çarký kalay alaþýmlý bronz malzemedir. The output shaft is manufactured from Ç.1060 steel. Worm gear surfaces are hardened by heat treatment and have a hardness of 55 ÷ 60 HRC. Çýkýþ mili Ç.1060 malzemeden imal edilmektedir. Sonsuz vida yüzeyleri 55 ÷ 60 HRC deðerinde ýsýl iþleme tabi tutularak sertleþtirilir. BEARINGS: These are spout bearings which can have both radial and axial loads. YATAKLAR: Radyal ve eksenel yükleri alabilen masuralý rulman yataklardýr. Çok aðýzlý vidalarda verim 0.85 deðerine ulaþmaktadýr. EFFECIENCY: Effeciency varies according to the number of srew stages. The effeciencye for one stage screw can go down to 0.50. If the slope of the screw is high this value increases. On multiple staged screws effeciencies as high as 0.85 is obtained. YAÐLAMA: Daldýrmalý usülde yaðlama yapýlmaktadýr. Rulmanlar montaj sýrasýnda yeteri kadar gres ile önceden yaðlanmaktadýr. LUBRICATION: Dip lubrication is the preferred method. Bearings are lubricated with grease during mounting. VERÝM: Vidanýn aðýz sayýsýna baðlý olarak deðiþmektedir. Tek aðýzlý vidalarda verim 0.50 deðerine kadar inebilmektedir.
