The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations is located near Ankara Castle. This museum, popular
with visitors, is located in a fully restored covered market place. It houses many artifacts from
the city's distant past including items from as far back as the Neolithic Period. The museums
holdings come from several archaeological digs.

Atatürk's House
Atatürk's House is on the
grounds of the Presidential
Palace in Çankaya and was

MOSQUES
HACI BAYRAM MOSQUE
This mosque in Ulus,was built in the early 15th century in Seljuk style and was restored by
Sinan in the 16th century. The mosque was built in honor of Hacı Bayram Veli,whose tomb is
next to the mosque.

Ulus’taki bu cami 15. Yüzyılda Selçuk mimarisine uygun inşa edilip16.yüzyılda Mimar Sinan
tarafından restore edilmiştir. Cami,mezarı caminin yanında olan Hacı Bayram anısına inşa
edilmiştir.

MOGAN LAKE
Ankara'nın 25 km güneyinde Gölbaşı
ilçesinde bir göldür.Mogan Gölü her
zaman Ankara’nın başlıca piknik
alanlarından biri
olmuştur.Bünyesinde bir çok
restoran aynı zamanda balık tutma va
kamp alanları mevcuttur.2001’de
Büyükşehir Belediyesi tarafından
Mogan Parkı denilen bölüm
